JCR HOLIDAYS – Booking Policy & Terms & Conditions

1. Tour Package Policy

  • All tour packages are subject to availability and Confirmation
  • Only the services included in the package will be provided
  • Any changes must be informed in advance
    Important Conditions:
  • Booking must be confirmed within the specified time after quotation
  • If Booking is Confirmed after the given time and rates change, then new rates will be applicable
  • In case the same hotel is not available, the company reserves the full right to provide a similar category hotel

2. Hotel Booking Policy

  • Hotel Bookings are subject to availability
  • Check-in time: 02:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM
  • Early check-in / late check-out is subject to Hotel Availability

3. Desert Camp & Resort Booking Policy

  • Camp Bookings are subject to government permits and weather conditions
  • All activities (Camel Safari / Jeep Safari) will be conducted as per rules and regulations
  • Guests must follow environmental and local guidelines

4. Cab & Guide Service Policy

  • All vehicles operate under valid government permits and licenses
  • Drivers and guides are trained and experienced
  • Toll tax, parking, and state tax may be extra (if not included in the package)

5. Government Approval & GST Policy

  • All services are provided as per Government of India and State Government rules
  • GST will be charged as per applicable government rates
  • A valid invoice/bill will be provided for all bookings

6. Payment Policy

  • Advance payment is mandatory to confirm Booking
  • Remaining payment must be completed before the start of the journey
  • Payment modes:
    – UPI / Bank Transfer / Cash
    – Razorpay (Only on Company Account)

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation must be informed in advance
  • No refund for cancellations made 10 days before travel or later

8. Jurisdiction

  • In case of any dispute, jurisdiction will be Jodhpur Court only

9. Guest Entry Policy

  • Valid ID proof is mandatory for all guests
  • Foreign guests must carry passport and valid visa
  • Guests must follow hotel/camp rules strictly

10. General Terms & Conditions

  • The company is not responsible for any natural calamities, weather issues, or government restrictions
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and safety
  • Itinerary may be changed due to operational reasons
  • Important Notes
    – Verify all details before booking
    – Maintain time discipline during travel
    – Respect local culture and regulations
    – Advance booking is highly recommended in peak season
